Miranativa builds a personal reading from your birth data. This page describes what we collect, why, and who we pass it to. The description matches how the product works today. The data operator is Vitaliy Muradov, Republic of Armenia.
1. What we collect
- Birth data: name, date, exact time (or your explicit “I don’t know the time”) and place. This is the core of the product: without it there is no chart.
- Account: email address, password hash (never the password itself) and, if you link them, your Google or Telegram identity.
- What the product creates for you and what you write to it: the reading, life topics, the weekly forecast, your messages in the chat with the Master and any feedback you send.
- Technical records: page views, payment and generation events, error logs. They are used to see whether the product works; they are not used to profile you.
2. Why
To compute and generate your reading, to give you access to what you paid for, to send you service emails (confirmation, password reset, “your reading is ready”), and to notice failures before you have to report them.
3. Who we pass it to
Some of your data goes to third-party processors; each one is needed for a specific feature:
- ClaudeHub / Anthropic — text generation. Receives your name, exact birth date, time and place, the whole reading, the topics and your messages to the Master. Requests go through the ClaudeHub proxy: it is an intermediary and is technically able to see this data in the clear.
- Lava.top — payments. Receives your email and the order amount. You enter card details on Lava’s side, and they never reach us.
- Resend — email delivery. Receives the recipient address and the body of the email.
- Telegram — the bot and the Mini App. Receives your Telegram identity and the messages you send there.
- GeoNames, OpenStreetMap/Nominatim — turning a city name into coordinates and a time zone. Receives the place of birth, without the name and the date.
- Cloudflare, Render — hosting, database and file storage. Render’s servers are in the USA and Cloudflare’s network is global; the data may be stored outside the country you live in.
We do not sell your data and do not hand it to advertisers.
4. How long we keep it
Charts, readings and purchases are kept as long as your account exists. Usage events are deleted after 90 days, error logs after 30. Deleting the account also deletes its charts.
5. Children and other people’s data
The service is meant for adults. By creating a chart for someone else you confirm that you may share their data with us; for a child, that you are their parent or legal guardian and consent on their behalf.
6. Your rights
You can:
- download your reading at any time;
- delete a chart from its settings;
- ask us to delete your account entirely;
- find out what data we store about you;
- withdraw your consent to processing, by writing to us or by deleting the account.
Please keep health details and other sensitive information out of the chat and feedback: the service does not need them.
