These are the terms Miranativa works on. The service is provided by Vitaliy Muradov, Republic of Armenia (“we”). You are the client. By creating a chart you accept these terms.
1. What the service includes
A personal reading built from your birth data in three systems: Human Design, Western astrology and BaZi. It includes the full portrait, life topics, a weekly forecast and a chat with the Master. The texts are generated with the help of a language model from the birth data you enter; the accuracy of the reading depends on the accuracy of that data.
2. What the reading does not replace
The reading is for self-knowledge and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it does not replace a doctor or any other professional. The decisions you make remain yours.
3. Account and age
The service is for adults. Enter another person’s data only with their permission; a child’s data only if you are their parent or legal guardian and consent on their behalf. Do not share access to your account: actions taken under it count as yours.
4. Payment
Free features are marked as free. Paid products (one-time purchases and the subscription) are billed through Lava.top; you enter card details on their side, and they never reach us. The service is digital: access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed, and from that moment we begin providing the service.
5. Refunds
You may withdraw from a purchase; the refund depends on what you have already opened. Each part of a purchase counts as provided the moment you first open its text; a Master’s answer, when it is given; a forecast issue, when it appears in your dashboard. The service records these moments automatically.
To get a refund, write to [email protected] from the email your account is registered to: say what you bought and what you want refunded. We reply within three business days. The money goes back the same way you paid; crediting usually takes up to ten business days on the payment system’s side.
How much we refund:
- Nothing you bought has been opened: the full amount, no matter how much time has passed.
- Part of a bundle has been opened: the share of the bundle price for the unopened parts. The share follows the catalogue prices and is rounded in your favour; we show the calculation before confirming the refund.
- A pack of Master questions: the share for the unused questions.
- The forecast subscription: you can cancel at any time. Issues already published in the paid period are not refunded; unpublished ones are refunded as a share.
- Anything fully opened: the service has been provided and is not refunded.
If something is wrong with a text through our fault (a cut-off, empty sections, the wrong language), write to us: we regenerate it or refund in full, regardless of what you have opened.
6. Your data
What we collect, why, and who we pass it to is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to these terms
The product evolves: features and these terms may change. The date at the top shows the current version. Substantial changes will be visible on the site.
8. Law and disputes
These relations are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. If the laws of the country where you live give you mandatory consumer protection, it stays with you. We try to settle any dispute by email first.
