Gate 20 — The Now

Presence in the moment is not a practice and not a skill to be mastered. For a carrier of Gate 20 it is the only way of existing.

This Gate sits in the Throat Center and is tied to how a person shows up here and now — through word, action, reaction. The energy of Gate 20 does not plan and does not postpone: it works exclusively at the point of "right now."
