4 Gate of Formulization

The ability to find an answer is not a skill you developed. It is part of how you are built.

The fourth gate lives in the logic center and works with whatever provokes doubt. Where others take things as given, you automatically formulate a question — and, right behind it, find an answer. Not just any answer, but one that sounds convincing and genuinely opens space for testing. That is precisely your nature: not to declare the truth, but to mark the point where the investigation should begin.

This makes you a valuable person to talk to. People come to you with questions — and leave with something they can grab hold of. You know how to untangle the convoluted, to frame a problem so it stops being a dead end.

But this is also where the distortion lives. Answers come to you fast — sometimes too fast, before the question has been formulated correctly. The energy starts running idle: you dissect what needed no dissection, give advice where nobody asked, and spend yourself on doubts that lead nowhere. And — importantly — your answers are meant for others. For yourself, you often end up in the same confusion as the people you have just helped sort things out.

The second subtle point: the rightness of an answer largely depends on how precisely the question is posed. If the question is shallow or false, even the most logical answer will lead astray. So it matters not to rush the formulation and to trust your inner Authority in choosing what to spend this energy on.

What the carrier of the fourth gate needs to understand: your gift is not knowing everything. It is asking the questions that move things forward.
